SINKOV / LEGAL INFORMATION
COOKIE POLICY
This policy explains cookies and similar browser technologies in the current version of the Sinkov website. The site application does not use tracking cookies or a visitor behaviour tracking system.
01What are cookies?
Cookies are small pieces of data that a website or service can store in your browser. They may support technical functions, such as maintaining a session, or serve analytics and advertising purposes. Browser storage mechanisms such as localStorage and sessionStorage are different technologies; their use for visitor tracking requires separate assessment.
02Current technology inventory
The current site application does not place first-party tracking cookies on visitors’ devices. No application-generated cookie, localStorage or sessionStorage record has been identified. We therefore do not provide a hypothetical table of cookie names, providers and retention periods.
These findings concern the site application. Records created by your browser, extensions or external websites you visit are not part of Sinkov’s cookie inventory. Hosting access logs are also distinct from cookies placed on your device.
03Essential cookies
The current application does not use a separate essential session or preference cookie. There are no membership, basket or sign-in functions. If the infrastructure introduces a technical cookie, this page will be updated after assessing its purpose, provider, type, duration and legal basis for processing.
04Analytics, performance and advertising cookies
The current version does not use analytics, advertising, remarketing or personalisation cookies. There is no Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or embedded third-party tracking content.
05Cookie preferences
As the current application has no tracking technology requiring explicit consent, it does not display a cookie acceptance, rejection or preference banner. Access to the site does not depend on ticking a consent box.
Any future technology requiring explicit consent must remain off by default and must not run before active consent is given. Acceptance, rejection and preference controls must offer genuine, balanced choices. The cookie policy, privacy policy and required preference mechanism will then be reviewed together.
06Browser settings
You can view, delete or restrict cookies through your browser’s privacy and site-data settings. If you follow an external link, that website’s cookie practices and preference tools apply.
