HOW TO USE

FULL COVERAGE FOR EFFECTIVE PROTECTION

Complete coverage of the areas you wish to protect is essential. After application, spread the product with your hands to ensure full skin coverage.

  1. Apply to the skin from 20 cm

    Hold the spray upright. Spray from 20 cm to cover the skin on hands, feet, arms and legs completely, then spread with your hands.

  2. Do not apply directly to the face

    Do not spray directly onto your face or neck. Spray onto your hands first, then spread over exposed areas of the face and neck, avoiding the eyes and mouth.

  3. Do not confuse it with a room spray

    This is a skin-applied insect repellent, not an insecticide aerosol sprayed into a room.

USAGE RESTRICTIONS

  • Do not use during pregnancy or on children under 2.
  • An adult must apply the product to children; do not apply to children’s hands.
  • Do not apply around the eyes or mouth. For the face and neck, apply to your hands first.

How does the repellent aerosol differ from the classic spray?

The classic Spray is a pump spray containing DEET 12% w/v. Repellent Aerosol has an aerosol spray form and contains DEET 12% w/w. Repellent Aerosol protects against mosquitoes, house flies and sand flies for up to 6 hours, and ticks for up to 4 hours. Classic Spray provides up to 6 hours against mosquitoes, 4 against house flies and 2 against ticks. Both are insect repellents; w/v and w/w are different units.

Can it be applied to the skin?

Yes. Sinkov Mosquito, Tick and Sand Fly Repellent Aerosol Spray is a skin-applied insect repellent.

Can it be sprayed into a room?

No. This is a skin-applied insect repellent, not a room spray or room insecticide aerosol. Do not confuse it with Sinkov Insecticide Aerosol.

How many hours does it protect for?

Protects against mosquitoes, house flies and sand flies for up to 6 hours, and ticks for up to 4 hours.
